Join Stephanie Lewis Thursday, May 31st 6-8pm!
Tap into your felt sense and learn to soothe the stress response of an overworked nervous system. We’ll explore longer holds in poses that include specific breath work and grounding somatic techniques to guide you back to a state of self-regulation, healing, and rest. The first hour will be dedicated to this grounding yoga practice and the last hour will be devoted to learning tools & techniques to help you manage illness, get support, or help a loved one.
We will close our time together with community tea and a sharing circle where you are welcome to listen or discuss your personal story. Feel free to join us at 7pm if you prefer to skip the yoga practice and come straight to circle.

All humans welcome. We will have resources available to share with loved ones about eliminating stigma in the home/at work and getting support.
This is a donation based class.
